Delivery & Returns
Delivery:
All orders are shipped from Sweden and are sent under normal circumstances the same or next working day after an order has been placed.
The delivery time is 1-3 working days inside Sweden
The delivery time is 2-5 working days inside Europe
The delivery time is 3-6 working days outside Europe
- Free delivery in Sweden
- Delivery inside Europe will cost 7 €
- Outside Europe delivery will cost 20 $
You can track your order via the shipping confirmation sent when the order have been shipped . The shipment will be delivered to the nearest service point and you will receive e-mail / SMS notification to pick up the package.

Return:
Aren't you 100% satisfied with your latest Voltzzy purchase? We accept returns on products that meet our return conditions and are sent 14 days from receiving your order, see below.
Inside Sweden :
Fill in the return form you received inside the package.
Every returned product needs to have a return sticker on package.
To make it easier for you guys we printed the return sticker and we put it inside the delivery bag. Each bag is designed in a way that enables you to use it again for return.
In case of a refund fill in the return form you received inside the package and contact our customer service and they will give you all the steps to follow and will send you the return label via email in order to stick it on the package when sending it back. Then just place the sticker on the bag and send it from the closest service point. The products you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It may be a good idea to save your return receipt as well as proof of the value of the products you have returned.
Cost for the return delivery will be 49 kr and will be taken from your refund payment.
Outside Sweden :
In case of a refund fill in the return form you received inside the package and contact our customer service and they will give you all the steps to follow and will send you the return label via email in order to stick it on the package when sending it back. It may be a good idea to save your return receipt as well as proof of the value of the products you have returned.
You are responsible for the return cost yourself and it will cost 6 € outside Sweden and 20 $ outside Europe. The return cost will be taken from your refund payment.
Conditions that applies on customers outside and inside Sweden:
We accept returns sent within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot process returns that have not used the return form.
All returns must be returned in original condition, in the same package, with all labels hanging on, without odors or marks (stains, hair etc.). Each garment will be inspected upon return.
Washed garments cannot be replaced or returned.
If we receive a return in unsuitable condition, a refund will not be issued and the product (s) will be returned to you.
The products you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It may be a good idea to save your return receipt as well as proof of the value of the products you have returned.
All returns are processed as soon as possible after they arrive at our warehouse.
If your return is accepted, you will be refunded for the returned products back to the payment method used in the purchase. Minus the cost for the return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed confirming the refund or if any other action has been taken.
After we received the return It can take approximately up to 10-14 business days for you to get your refund.
