1. Claim/Packaging:

    If we have incorrectly packed or sent you damaged item, send us an email at  support@voltzzy.com and we will assist you.

    2. How do I do a return?

    If you did your purchase inside Sweden you need to fill in the return form you received inside the package and place the return stickers outside the package. Leave it at the closest service point and save the receipt.
    You have 14 days from when you have received the package to do a return.

    If you did your purchase outside Sweden and you want to return, fill in the return form you received inside the package. Then please contact our customer service and they will help you.

    3. When will I get my money back after return?

    When we receive your return we will send you a message and refund your money in 10 -14 days and we will cut the return fee from you refund

    4. How do I change my product?

    If you want to change a product, you need to  place a new order on the desired product / size and return the product that you have received. You will pay for the return cost.

    5. How can I cancel my order?

    If your order has not been dispatched we will be able to refund the total paid by yourself. 

    If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to return your item to us by following the returns procedure in our Delivery, Returns. You need to pay for the return please read the return policy. 

    6. How do I know you have received my order?

    You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided almost immediately after your purchase has been approved. 

    7. When will I receive my order? How do I know when to pick it up?

    All orders are shipped from Sweden and are sent under normal circumstances the same or next working day after an order has been placed.


    The delivery time is 1-3 working days inside Sweden

    The delivery time is 2-5 working days inside Europe

    The delivery time is 3-6 working days outside europe


    You can track your order via the shipping confirmation sent when the order have been shipped . The shipment will be delivered to the nearest service point and you will receive e-mail / SMS notification to pick up the package.

    8. Will I pay for the delivery?

    All order are free delivery inside Sweden and inside Europe 

    Delivery cost outside Europe is 20 $.
